RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns and refund policy?  

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund except for sale items. Returns are not accepted for sale items as everything is made to order. Returns are not accepted if you placed an order without reading processing times on our shipping page. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loveandgiggles.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all our handmade sensory base products, made to order playdough, custom requested kits, party favours orders and any products on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) and any exchange items, but you may be eligible for refunded shipping if you paid via PayPal - for more information on PayPal's Refunded Returns Shipping Policy click here.

A $13.95 reshipping fee will be applicable in the event you would like an exchange. Exchanges can only be made on non handmade goods from our store such as our wooden tools. 

It is important to note that:

We cannot guarantee any items you request for an exchange will be in stock at the time of receipt of your return. In the case we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed; and

We do not provide refunds for change or mind, or other similar circumstances that do not require a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

For clarity, the following situations will generally NOT give rise to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law:

(1) Your parcel delivery being delayed by our shipping provider and/or your parcel arriving after the date you required it; 
(2) An item you receive is a different colour in person to what it appears to be on your computer or mobile phone screen; or 
(3) You change your mind about the item or the item does not look the way you anticipated.
