All our handcrafted playdough products are made to order and will be processed in 5-7 business days, with the exception of our busy period between November and December where orders will be processed in 8 to 10 business days.
PARTY FAVOUR DELIVERY TIMES
- Party favour orders have a processing time of up to 10 business days.
- Please order at least 2-3 weeks in advanced.
- If unsure, please send us a message first to see if we can have your order ready in time.
- If you have placed an order in advanced, the party favours will be arranged closer to the party date to ensure the playdough is fresh for the party.
- Express shipping must be selected for party favour orders. PLEASE NOTE FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING OR FREE STANDARD SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO PARTY FAVOUR ORDERS.
We send all orders via Australia Post.
What if I pre-ordered a Luxe Dough or Playdough Kit?
- For pre-ordered playdough and/ore kits please check the delivery dates/timeframes clearly detailed on the product page for when products will begin shipping.
- If you have placed an order for a pre-ordered item and non pre-ordered item, everything will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items are ready. Items will not be shipped separately.
What if I need my order sooner?
- If you need your order sooner, please select express shipping at checkout.
- All orders with express shipping will still have a turn around time of 5-7 business days.
- Orders may take longer during busier periods for Christmas and Easter and can take up to 8 to 10 business days as everything is made to order.
- If you need it for a specific date please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to get this out to you sooner. Please note this is not guaranteed.

How much is shipping?
Australia shipping costs:
- Standard shipping $8.00
- Express shipping $10.00
- Free shipping on all orders over $70.00 only for playdough or playdough kit orders. This does not include custom order invoices with custom party favour orders.
International shipping costs:
- New Zealand: Standard shipping $40 / Express shipping $50
- Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan & Malaysia: Standard shipping $75 / Express shipping $90
All prices are in Australian dollars.
- The prices within the online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur.
- Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.
- To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
- Your order will be dispatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
When will you ship my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days or 8 to 10 business days for Christmas and Easter orders to be processed as everything is made to order.
Please be patient after placing your order as each one is handmade to order with love and care.
If your order contains both handmade and non-handmade items, we will ship your order once the handmade items are ready.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as per the shipping time frames mentioned above.
There may be delays during busy sale periods so please 8 to 10 business days for your order to be processed.
If your order is urgent please leave a note at checkout and we will try our best to get this out to you as quickly as possible.
How do you ship items?
We only ship via Australia Post with tracking as standard within Australia. Parcels will be left in a safe place if no one is home.
Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please email hello@loveandgiggles.com.au to see if we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.
In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Love and Giggles cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss and will not compensate for any additional shipping costs.
Love and Giggles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. You must contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number and they will be able to assist further.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
